We provide advice to organisations or complete the investigation on your behalf where the organisation is required to undertake a Reportable Conduct Scheme investigation that involves children and young people.
Reportable Conduct Investigations
Reportable Conduct Investigations Safeguarding Connections conducts independent, best practice investigations into child safety concerns for educational institutions and other organisations. This includes adherence to the Western Australian Parliamentary Commissioner Amendment (Reportable Conduct) Act 2022.
Types of Reportable Conduct The scheme mandates the reporting and investigation of various types of conduct that may harm a child, as overseen by the Ombudsman of Western Australia.
